PROGRAM DETAILS

This course is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge of emotions, learn about zones of regulation, learn and apply emotion regulation strategies, and develop an emotional regulation plan.

It is designed to be informative, reflective and practical.

In-Person Option

Online Option
Dates: Commencing Tuesday 5th March 2024, for 4 weeks consecutively.
Day/Time: Tuesday evenings 5.00 pm - 6.15 pm.
Platform: Online via Teams.

Cost: $400 per course ($100 per week). This investment includes 75-minutes hour weekly sessions with and all materials (workbook + PDF worksheets + PowerPoint presentations + pre-post testing)

Facilitation: All groups run by Dr Sherwynna Lee (Clinical Psychologist, Supervisor & Director of Duality Psychology).

Payment options
Participants enroll in and pay for one session at a time. The total cost for the FOE course is $400 and each session is $100. We require an initial deposit of $50 to secure your place in the group, due 14 days prior to the start of the module. The balance is due 7 days prior to the start of the module.

Please note that once you have made a commitment to attend the 4-week FOE course, any missed sessions within that course are payable, given that once you accept a place in the module, you cannot be replaced, and our running costs have already been incurred.

Time Commitment
We ask you to commit to attending every weekly session, plus completing any weekly home practice.
